[Booking Procedure and Payments]

■Booking Procedure
1. Send a booking request using the above form
2. You will receive an email from Soramame regarding vacancies
3. Pay by one of the following methods
4. You will receive a confirmation email from Soramame

-Class sizes are limited so bookings are essential.
-Fees for classes must be paid in advance to secure your booking.
-Payment cannot be refunded in the event that you cannot attend your enrolled class. You can send someone in your place if you are unable to attend.
-If due to exceptional circumstances, a scheduled class has to be cancelled, a full refund will be given.

*Please inform us if you have any special dietary requirements.
*Menus are subject to change.
